Staff Product Designer with 18+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale products across legal, finance, e-commerce, and healthcare. Focused on UX strategy, complex workflow UX, and AI-assisted experiences that reduce ambiguity, de-risk decisions, and enable teams to move faster with confidence.
I design complex enterprise products — the kind where the stakes are high, the workflows are deep, and getting it wrong has real consequences for real people. Over 18 years I've led design across legal tech, financial services, e-commerce, and healthcare, with a growing focus on AI-assisted experiences that reduce ambiguity and help people make better decisions faster.
At Thomson Reuters, I've owned end-to-end design for compliance and AI-assisted legal research products — including workflows where automation and human judgment have to work in careful balance. At CITCO, I defined the interaction language for a suite of enterprise financial platforms and built the design system foundation that scaled across teams. At Home Depot and RBC, I shipped e-commerce and loyalty experiences used by millions.
Beyond the craft, I work closely with product and engineering to shape roadmaps, challenge low-value scope, and make sure design decisions are grounded in usage data and business impact — not just intuition. I mentor junior and intermediate designers, lead workshops, and contribute reusable patterns to shared design systems.
I hold an Honours Bachelor of Design from the York University / Sheridan joint program, and I continue learning through the Nielsen Norman Group and hands-on experimentation with AI design tools including Figma Make, V0, Claude and Lovable.
